- Agreement of sale in case of purchasing of Flat/House.
- Estimated cost of construction from Chartered Engineer.
- Latest E.C. and Property Tax receipt.
- Sanction Plan or Permission
- Last 3 years Certified I T Returns or Latest Salary Slip of Borrower and Guarantor
- Address, ID proof and 3 photos of Borrower and Guarantor
- Legal opinion charges Rs. 500/-
- Valuation charges - depending upon the value of the property With the Minimum of Rs 3000/-
